SURFPLUS G-Level slide & assessment standards

The SURFPLUS course system is currently the most comprehensive and efficient surfing course in the surfing industry, covering over 20 countries, with levels ranging from G1 to G7. Below are the instructional materials for each level and the technical assessment requirements for each level.

The objective of the G1 level course is to complete a surf slide for more than 10 seconds with the assistance of an instructor. The course schedule includes one sea training surfing lesson plus one theory and pool lesson, which can be completed in as little as half a day. If time permits, it is recommended to spread this over 1-2 days. G1 marks the beginning of surfing, and at this stage, independent surfing is temporarily not allowed.

G1级别的课程目标是在教练的辅助下完成10秒以上的冲浪滑行，课程安排是一节海训冲浪课加一节理论和泳池课，最短可以在半天内完成，如果时间充裕，建议可以1-2天进行。G1是冲浪的开始，在这个阶段暂时不允许独立冲浪。

The objective of the G2 level course is to independently surf white water waves without the assistance of an instructor, catching 1 out of 5 waves during the assessment period and completing the evaluation. This can be completed in as little as two days. Starting from the G2 stage, surfers begin to have the ability to practice surfing on their own at beginner beach break spots.

G2级别的课程目标是在无教练辅助的情况下自主冲白花浪，在考核时间范围内，5道浪抓到1道及完成考核。最短可以在两天时间内完成。从G2阶段开始，冲浪者开始有能力在初级的沙滩浪点自己练习冲浪。
